NOVICE TEAMS
Our novice cheer teams are the first steps in competitive cheerleading. There is no entry-level requirement for these teams.
These teams will attend friendly competitions which introduce them to the world of competitive cheerleading.

PREP TEAMS
Prep teams are our next step from novice and since they are slightly more competitive, there is a higher level of commitment needed for these teams.
Prep teams will attend friendly competitions and are also sometimes given the opportunity to attend higher standard competitions towards the end of the season.

ELITE TEAMS
Our Elite Teams at Eclipse Allstars require a higher level of experience and dedication than our Novice and Prep Teams.
These teams will compete anywhere between 3 and 5 times per season.
It requires a high level of commitment to be placed on one of our Elite Teams as you will be representing EAC at a high level.

INTERNATIONAL TEAMS
Our International cheerleading teams compete at a world class level and require the highest level of commitment and dedication to the sport.
Training sessions are once or twice per week depending on the team.
In the past, International Teams have attended USA based competitions and may also be given an opportunity to compete at European competitions in seasons to come.

POM DANCE
Our Pom Dance teams involve a motion based dance style incorporating visual effects and jumps.
These teams require a high level of dedication and commitment.
Our Pom Dance teams attend 3-4 competitions per season.

LYRICAL DANCE
Our Lyrical Dance teams involve portraying an emotion and story through the illustration of song lyrics.
They train once a week and attend 3 competitions per season.

TUMBLING
Our Tumbling classes are for those wishing to focus on progressing towards advanced tumble skills.
Tumbling is a fundamental aspect of cheerleading and we strongly encourage EAC athletes to attend tumbling sessions alongside their team classes. Each level team has varying tumble requirements.
Our tumbling classes offer training through all levels, starting with basic rolls and cartwheels and progressing to advanced tumbles such as handsprings, tucks and twists.
